Art of Flavor

Welcome To The Table.

Chef Chantal’s Table is a small, ever-changing kitchen built around one delicious obsession: the pursuit of the perfect chicken.

The chicken changes. The flavors travel. The sauces, sides and inspirations follow. From deeply aromatic and lacquered to fiery, herbaceous, crisp or slow-roasted, each menu begins with a new idea of what the perfect chicken could be.

Come hungry. There’s always something new at the Table.

Meet
CHEF CHANTAL

I can cook a lot of things. Chicken is what I love to cook.

I’m Chantal Boynes, the cook and creator behind Chef Chantal’s Table.

My cooking is driven by curiosity. I love exploring cuisines, techniques and flavors from around the world, particularly across Asia and the Caribbean, and bringing those influences back to my own kitchen in Trinidad.

But no matter where the inspiration takes me, I keep coming back to chicken.

For me, there isn’t one perfect way to cook it. The fun is discovering the next one: a new marinade, a different technique, an unexpected sauce, a better crust, a deeper glaze.

Chef Chantal’s Table is where I get to share that pursuit with you.
